When the positive electric fields attract the negative ions, the magnetic field attracts oxygen in the air and the free electrons generating a spinning magnetic field after being separated to be gathered, so that oxygen-rich negative ion air flow is formed and used for combustion supporting, energy conservation and emission reduction of engines.
