Problems solved by technology

[0002] The outer conductor of the wire and cable is made of insulating layers layer by layer. The outer insulating layer is exposed to the air for a long time, especially in places that are easily exposed to high-intensity UV radiation, such as plateau areas, and are subject to high levels of radiation for a long time. Ultraviolet heat damage is formed by ultraviolet radiation, which causes high-temperature corrosion of the outer protective sheath of the cable, directly affects the safety of the internal conductor, and easily leads to potential safety hazards

Abstract

The invention discloses an UV (ultraviolet) heat damage resistant cable. The cable consists of a conductor and an insulating sheath covering the conductor, wherein the outer insulating sheath is prepared from components in parts by weight as follows: 15-25 parts of epoxy resin, 10-15 parts of rubber resin, 25-35 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-35 parts of crosslinked polyethylene, 3-5 parts of a stabilizer, 1-3 parts of a lubricant, 3-7 parts of an UV light absorber and 2-5 parts of a light screening agent. The ultraviolet light absorber and the light screening agent are added to materials of the UV heat damage resistant cable to improve the UV-resistant performance, the aging resistance of the cable is further enhanced, and the service life is prolonged. The cable is simple in structure and easy to produce, and the cost is saved; the high-intensity UV heat damage corrosion and oxidation of the outer sheath of the cable due to long-term UV exposure can be effectively avoided, and the cable is particularly applicable to harsh altitude environments.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electric cables, and in particular relates to an anti-ultraviolet heat damage electric cable. Background technique [0002] The outer conductor of the wire and cable is made of insulating layers layer by layer. The outer insulating layer is exposed to the air for a long time, especially in places that are easily exposed to high-intensity UV radiation, such as plateau areas, and are subject to high levels of radiation for a long time. Ultraviolet heat damage is formed by ultraviolet radiation, which causes high-temperature corrosion of the outer protective sheath of the cable, directly affects the safety of the internal conductor, and easily leads to potential safety hazards. In order to improve safety during use, extend service life, and save costs, research and development of new cables with anti-ultraviolet heat damage performance has gradually become a key research direction for researchers in this tec...
