Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing slow-release sea cucumber bait from fish byproducts and immobilized enzymes, and solves the problem that the existing fish byproducts cannot be digested and utilized when being directly fed to sea cucumbers. The method comprises the following steps of inoculating bacteria produced bacterial strains formed by separating and screening in a fish intestinal tract in a culture medium, so as to culture a seed bacteria solution; putting fish byproduct meat paste into the seed bacteria solution, so as to be fermented to form a fermented liquid; injecting a chitosan solution into a sodium hydroxide and methyl alcohol mixed solution, so as to coagulate to form a hollow spherical chitosan carrier; putting the carrier into a glutaraldehyde aqueous solution, so as to be activated; enwrapping enzymes into the hollow spherical chitosan carrier, so as to form the immobilized enzymes; and delivering the immobilized enzymes and fermented liquid to a holothurian culture water area. The method is reasonable in technology and feasible to operate. The stability of immobilized enzymes is high, the half decay period is long, enzymolysis of the fish byproduct fermented liquid is slow, sea cucumber bait is released, and moreover, deposited residual bait is degraded, the bait casting frequency is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of bioengineering, in particular to a method for preparing slow-release sea cucumber bait by using fish leftovers and immobilized enzymes. Background technique [0002] We know that sea cucumber has high nutritional value and medicinal value, and is regarded as an important sea treasure. In recent years, the increasing demand for sea cucumber consumption has led to the overexploitation of natural resources and a sharp decline in the population of sea cucumbers. Therefore, artificial breeding of sea cucumbers has also developed. The bait is the material basis for the growth and development of sea cucumbers. With the development of large-scale cultivation of sea cucumbers, natural bait can no longer meet the needs of sea cucumber cultivation, so artificial feeding of bait is required. At present, artificial feeding of bait has problems such as high labor cost, low utilization rate of bait, and difficulty in g...
