The method is characterized by including preparation of basic paint and preparation of colorful paint, wherein the basic paint is prepared from 26% of water, 0.2% of cellulose, 0.5% of dispersing agent, 0.1% of wetting agent, 0.5% of defoaming agent, 0.1% of antibacterial agent, 10-15% of titanium dioxide, 9% of ground calcium carbonate, 5% of kaolin, 10% of wollastonite powder, 10% of talcum powder, 30% of silicone acrylic emulsion, 5-8% of thickening agent and 2% of rheological agent; the colorful paint is prepared from 40% of water, 0.1% of slow-releasing agent, 2.5-3% of modified nano-silica sol, 40% of paint in various colors, 20% of fluoro-silicon emulsion and 2% of organic solution.
