Embodiment Construction

[0016] The implementation of the present invention will be described in detail below.

[0017] According to the above-mentioned method for cultivating Auricularia auricularia using pleurotus bacterium slag, implementation procedures such as medium formula, selection of waste bacterium sticks of pleurotus ostreatus, broken bacterium sticks, and ear removal methods are included.

[0018] Cultivation medium formula:

[0019] According to the dry weight percentage of raw materials: including 40% oyster mushroom residue, 10% cottonseed hull, 10% locust wood sawdust, 10% apple wood sawdust, 10% poplar wood sawdust, 10% xylitol residue, and 8% wheat bran 1%, 1% soybean meal powder, 1% calcium sulfate, the culture medium also includes water, the pH of the culture medium after mixing is 5.5-6.5, and the water content is 58%-62% by mass.

[0020] Selection of waste bacteria sticks and their crushing (1):

[0021] First of all, select discarded oyster mushroom sticks with a certain wat...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for cultivating auricularia polytricha by utilizing pleurotus ostreatus residues. The method comprises preparing materials according to a culture medium formula and selecting an opening making way for growing sporocarp. According to the invention, the fungus residues generated after cultivation of pleurotus ostreatus is utilized as a composition of a culture medium for secondary planting of the pleurotus ostreatus. The culture medium mainly consists of the pleurotus ostreatus residues, cottonseed hulls, sophora japonica wood chips, apple wood chips, pterocarya stenoptera wood chips, xylitol dregs, soybean meal powder, calcium sulfate and water. The cultivation method enables reuse of the pleurotus ostreatus residues, and solves the problems that pleurotus ostreatus waste is left in disorder at will, is burnt, pollutes the environment and is difficult to process. By using a way of cutting openings on cultivation bags for growing sporocarp, the problems that auricularia polytricha roots are large and material surfaces easily dry are solved. By using the cultivation medium formula and the opening making way for growing sporocarp, the cultivation cost is reduced by 20% or more, the benefit is improved by 40% or more, and the method has the characteristics of changing waste into wealth, being low in production cost, high in yield, enabling the sporocarp to have good commodity, and being good in economic and environmental benefit.

Description

[0001] (1) Technical field [0002] The invention relates to a method for cultivating Auricularia auricula by using pleurotus ostreatus residue, and belongs to the technical field of edible fungus cultivation. [0003] (2) Background technology [0004] In recent years, with the rapid expansion of the cultivation scale of edible fungi, there are more and more waste mushroom sticks, which are randomly incinerated and discarded, which not only pollutes the environment, poses a potential threat of pathogenic bacteria to the production of edible fungi, but also causes waste of resources. The disposal of edible fungi residues has always been a bottleneck that plagues the development of the edible fungi industry. How to turn waste into treasure and lengthen the edible fungi industry chain. Combining the biological characteristics of Pleurotus ostreatus and Auricularia auricula, fully utilizing the slag of Pleurotus ostreatus to cultivate Auricularia auricula not only reduces producti...
