During the fermentation process, the culture material is turned over once each day so as to avoid anaerobic fermentation. After the fermentation, the culture material is prepared and bagging can be carried out. The auricularia polytricha culture material prepared by the above method has advantages of comprehensive nutrition, low cost and wide source. In addition, sterilization is thorough, and auricularia polytricha is not easy to be infected by other bacterium; and hyphae absorb the material and grow better.
