The coke oven flue gas waste heat recovery processing system comprises a reactor, a steam pocket, a dust collector and a desulphurization apparatus, a first heat-insulation zone, an isothermal zone and a second heat-insulation zone are arranged in the reactor from up to down, a cold-shocking zone is arranged between the isothermal zone and the first heat-insulation zone as well as the isothermal zone and the second heat-insulation zone, the steam pocket is arranged at one side of the reactor, the steam pocket and a heat exchanger are connected through an upper pipe and a lower pipe, the desulphurization apparatus comprises a desulphurization mechanism, a desulphurization zone, a liquid collecting zone and a separator, a demisting filter screen is arranged at the inner side of the top of the desulphurization apparatus, the desulphurization mechanism is arranged at the lower side of the demisting filter screen, the desulphurization mechanism is vertically arranged by several gas-collecting plates according to certain spacing interval, the dust collector is arranged at the outlet of the top of the desulphurization apparatus, and the dust collector comprises a case, a fan blade apparatus and a hairbrush.
