Abstract

The invention discloses a deicing and snow-melting functional steel deck pavement material and a preparation method thereof. The deicing and snow-melting functional steel deck pavement material comprises three components A, B and C at the mass ratio of 100:(20-60):(150-350), wherein the component A is prepared from epoxy resin, an elastic modifier, an epoxy active diluent, an antifoaming agent and a dispersing agent; the component B is prepared from an epoxy hardener, a curing accelerator, a coupling agent and a pigment; and the component C is prepared from waste rubber powder, waste rubber particles, magnet powder and a whisker. According to the deicing and snow-melting functional steel deck pavement material, efficient deicing and snow-melting are achieved by adopting the synergistic effect of three modes, such as strain ice-breaking, strain heat release and microwave radiation heat generation. Compared with the prior art, the material disclosed by the invention is good in deformability, appropriate in strength, good in water-tightness, good in adhesive property, small in specific gravity, convenient to construct and maintain, low in deicing and snow-melting cost, low in energy consumption, high in efficiency, environment-friendly and wide in application prospect.
