Abstract

The invention discloses a chromic oxide-aluminum oxide composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is located on the inner wall of a tubular metal substrate and sequentially is CuCr, (Al, Cr)2O3 and Al2O3 from inside to outside, and the thickness is 10-40[mu]m. The preparation method is combined with a chrome chemical plating technology, a molten salt aluminum electrolytic deposition technology and a micro-arc oxidation technology, so that three different metal at least comprises a Cu-Cr two-phase coating and a Cr-Al two-phase coating, and therefore, a transition layer with a gradient function between CuCr and (Al, Cr)2O3 is formed; the combining capacity of the different coatings can be effectively improved, the problem of oxide falling off caused by thermal mismatch is reduced, and the prepared chromic oxide-aluminum oxide composite coating is even in component, compact in combination with the pipe inner wall, not prone to falling off and stable in high-temperature mechanical property; and the chromic oxide-aluminum oxide composite coating is applied to the field of nuclear fusion tritium resisting, tritium permeation can be effectively prevented, and the long service life is achieved.
