Abstract

The invention relates to a high-value treatment method of a biogas slurry and biogas residues. The method comprises the following steps: after a biogas slurry-biogas residue mixture is subjected to solid-liquid separation, the biogas residues are conveyed to an aerobic composting workshop, and the biogas slurry is conveyed to a precipitation tank; the biogas slurry is subjected to precipitation to be divided into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, wherein the supernate on the upper layer is used as livestock/poultry house rinsing water or anaerobic fermentation conditioning water, the suspended biogas slurry on the middle layer is conveyed into a biogas slurry storage trench of the aerobic composting workshop and sprayed, as a conditioning liquid, onto the aerobic composting stockpile by a spray system on pile turning equipment, and the sludge on the lower layer and the biogas residues are used as fermentation raw materials for aerobic composting; and the mixture after aerobic composting is further used for producing an organic fertilizer. The method effectively solves the problems of difficulty in consuming the biogas slurry and biogas residues and low added value, and the gradient utilization of the biogas slurry and the improvement of the composting system are performed to combine the treatment and utilization of the biogas slurry and biogas residues, thereby avoiding the environmental pollution, and obtaining the high-value product.
