The invention provides a seedling breeding matrix for organic rice by using leftovers of edible fungi. The seedling breeding matrix is prepared from the following components of fermenting matrix, pyroligneous, medical stone, phosphor ore powder and potassium ore powder, wherein the fermenting matrix is a product which is mixed, composted and fermented by the leftovers of the edible fungi, chicken manure and water; the volume ratio of the leftovers of the edible fungi to the chicken manure is (7 to 27):3; the ratio of the volume of the fermenting matrix to the mass of the pyroligneous to the mass of the medical stone to the mass of the phosphor ore powder to the mass of the potassium ore powder is 1m<3>:(5 to 20Kg):(1 to 5Kg):(1 to 3Kg):(1 to 5Kg). The prepared seedling breeding matrix has the advantage that when the seedling breeding matrix is used for seedling breeding of rice, the rice seedling has higher plant, large dry weight mass, multiple adventitious roots, high filling degree, and low disease occurring rate.
