Problems solved by technology

However, due to the heavy unsaturated fatty acids contained in walnuts, if the existing vegetable oil preparation method is used to produce and process walnut oil, the processed finished product is easy to deteriorate. Even if it is airtightly stored, it will produce peculiar smell after a storage period of more than 18 months. Continued consumption is harmful to the human body. harmful

Embodiment 1

[0023] A kind of production method of high-purity vegetable oil is characterized in that, comprises the steps:

[0024] S1. The primary oil obtained by extracting plants is filtered for the first time using clay and activated carbon with a mass ratio of 1:1 as the filter layer. This step is physical filtration, which can remove particulate impurities in the primary oil.

[0025] S2. The oil filtered for the first time is first boiled to boiling and kept boiling for 15 minutes, and then filtered for the second time in a vacuum environment at a temperature of 270°C. The relative vacuum of the vacuum environment described in this step is a vacuum environment of -0.04MPa.

[0026] S3. The oil filtered for the second time is filtered for the third time in a vacuum environment at a temperature of 400°C. The relative vacuum of the vacuum environment described in this step is a vacuum environment of -0.06MPa.

[0027] The applicant has found through research that the main reason fo...

Embodiment 2

[0030] A kind of production method of high-purity vegetable oil is characterized in that, comprises the steps:

[0031] S1. The primary oil obtained by extracting plants is filtered for the first time using white clay and activated carbon with a mass ratio of 5:1 as a filter layer.

[0032] S2. The oil filtered for the first time is first boiled to boiling and kept boiling for 5 minutes, and then filtered for the second time in a vacuum environment at a temperature of 300°C. The relative vacuum of the vacuum environment described in this step is a vacuum environment of -0.07MPa.

[0033] S3. The oil filtered for the second time is filtered for the third time in a vacuum environment at a temperature of 500°C. The relative vacuum of the vacuum environment described in this step is a vacuum environment of -0.09MPa.

[0034] S4. The oil that has been filtered for the third time is sealed after being cooled to obtain the vegetable oil.

Embodiment 3

[0036] A kind of production method of high-purity vegetable oil is characterized in that, comprises the steps:

[0037] S1. The primary oil obtained by extracting plants is filtered for the first time using white clay and activated carbon with a mass ratio of 1:10 as a filter layer.

[0038] S2. The oil filtered for the first time is first boiled to boiling and kept boiling for 60 minutes, and then filtered for the second time in a vacuum environment at a temperature of 200°C. The relative vacuum of the vacuum environment described in this step is a vacuum environment of -0.01MPa.

[0039] S3. The oil filtered for the second time is filtered for the third time in a vacuum environment at a temperature of 300°C. The relative vacuum of the vacuum environment described in this step is a vacuum environment of -0.03MPa.

[0040] S4. The oil that has been filtered for the third time is sealed after being cooled to obtain the vegetable oil.

Abstract

The invention provides a production method of highly pure plan oil to solve problems in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out primary filtration on primary oil obtained by squeezing plants; 2, boiling the primarily filtered oil until the oil is boiling, keeping the boiling for 5-60 min, and carrying out secondary filtration at 200-300 DEG C in a vacuum environment; 3, carrying out tertiary filtration on the secondarily filtered oil at 300-500 DEG C in a vacuum environment; and 4, cooling the tertiary filtered oil, and sealing the cooled oil to obtain the plant oil. The production method of the plant oil effectively removes impurities from walnut oil, the purity of the plant oil reaches up to 99.5% or above, and the air content in per unit volume of the plant oil is 10-30% lower than that of walnut oil pressed through a common method, so the oxidation process of unsaturated fatty acids is alleviated. The quality of the plant oil has no difference after the plant oil is preserved in a shady place at normal temperature for 30 months.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, and in particular relates to a high-purity vegetable oil and a production method thereof. Background technique [0002] Vegetable oil is a compound composed of unsaturated fatty acid and glycerol. It is widely distributed in nature and is the oil obtained from the fruit, seed and germ of plants. Such as peanut oil, soybean oil, linseed oil, castor oil, rapeseed oil, etc. The main components of vegetable oil are esters of straight-chain higher fatty acids and glycerol. In addition to palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid, fatty acids also contain a variety of unsaturated acids, such as erucic acid, oleic acid, and ricinoleic acid. Vegetable oil mainly contains vitamin E, K, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and other minerals, fatty acids, etc. Fatty acids in vegetable oils make the skin moisturized and shiny. [0003] At present, the pressing of vegetable oil generally requires...
