The invention aims to provide the germination and seed cultivation method of Sorghum bicolor(L.)Moench. By using the budilizer, germination of the seeds is accelerated, and main components of the budilizer are composed of plant growth regulators, nutrient elements and osmoprotectants; dormancy of the seeds can be broken through, and the activity of the seeds is enhanced; moreover, under an effect of the budilizer, the growth of embryos and the activity of hydrogen peroxidase are both improved, so that a good effect of accelerating the germination of the seeds is achieved.
