Problems solved by technology

The accumulation of heavy metals in marine organisms can induce a large number of active oxygen radicals, such as H 2 o 2 , O 2 - , OH, etc., to help the body remove pathogens entering the body, but excessive active oxygen will lead to rapid lipidation of the cell membrane in the organism, destroying the balance of active oxygen in the organism, and causing oxidative damage to the organism

Abstract

The invention discloses an additive capable of reducing reactive oxygen species damage of acidized seawater to Crassostrea rivularis. The additive is prepared from, by weight, 5.0-7.0% of glycerol, 3.0-3.5% of a yeast base, 1.8-2.2% of a trace metal ion, 0.5-1.0% of biotin and 0.5-1.0% of a promoter, with the balance being water, wherein the trace metal ion is one selected from a group consisting of sodium chloride, calcium chloride and sodium molybdate, and a pH value is adjusted to with 8.0-8.2 by using a phosphate buffer. After addition of the additive, the soft part of the Crassostrea rivularis is white and has few black part or black spots; and in the aspect of taste, the Crassostrea rivularis (e.g., steamed) tastes tender and smooth.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to an additive for reducing the damage of acidified seawater to active oxygen free radicals of large oysters. Background technique [0002] Ocean acidification has been widely recognized as a CO 2 Another major environmental problem caused by the rise. Human activities such as the use of fossil fuels contribute to atmospheric CO 2 The increasing concentration may have caused global warming and climate anomalies, etc. The ocean continues to absorb CO from the atmosphere 2 , plays an important role in mitigating global warming. However, since the industrial revolution, the ocean has absorbed a large amount of CO emitted by humans 2 , has caused the pH value of the upper seawater to drop by 0.1. According to the forecast model (A1F1) of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), by 2100 atmospheric CO 2 The concentration will rise to 800-1000μL / L, an...
