The additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5.0 to 7.0 percent of glycerol, 3.0 to 3.5 percent of yeast bases, 1.8 to 2.2 percent of trace metal ions, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of biotin, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of a promoter, and the balance of water; the trace metal ions are one of sodium chloride, calcium chloride and sodium molybdate; the pH is regulated to be 8.0 to 8.2 by using phosphate buffering solution. Crassostrea rivularis obtained by adopting the additive disclosed by the invention has a pure white soft part and a little black part or few black spots, so that the taste is fine, tender and smooth in meat after being steamed in clear soup.
