Abstract

The invention relates to a graphene EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) compound-foamed material with high elasticity and high toughness as well as a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) putting graphene, silicon dioxide and talcum powder into a high-speed kneading machine according to proportions of raw materials and pre-heating to obtain a premix material; then weighing a certain amount of blowing agents (AC) and bridging agents (DCP) into the kneading machine and mixing the premix material; (2) pouring EVA, POE (Polyolefin Elastomer), a coupling agent, stearic acid (St), zinc stearate (ZnSt), blowing promoter (ZnO) and the premix material obtained in the step (1) into an internal batch mixer according to the proportions of the raw materials and performing internal mixing to obtain a mixed material; (3) carrying out compounding on the mixed material which is obtained by performing internal mixing in the step 2 on an open mill, then firstly thickening, secondly thinning, and finally thickening to obtain materials; (4) conveying the materials which are uniformly mixed on the open mill in the step (3) into a granulating machine and granulating the materials; (5) taking the materials obtained in the step (4) and carrying out vulcanization. According to the foamed material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the tensile strength, the elongation at break and the tear strength are obviously improved, and the material is higher in toughness.
