The method comprises the following steps: preparing a nilvadipine mother solution, preparing a buffer solution, providing the nanometer copper oxide-modified electrode, adding the nilvadipine solution into the buffer solution, jointly forming a three-electrode system by using the nanometer copper oxide-modified electrode as a working electrode, a platinum electrode as an auxiliary electrode and a calomel electrode as a correspondingreference electrode, and detecting the content of the nilvadipine by a cyclic voltammetry.
