Embodiment Construction

[0014] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment, but not as any limitation to the present invention.

[0015] The invention is a method for measuring the metal oxide content in rubber by using microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The principle is: the sample is digested in a microwave digestion apparatus with nitric acid, the acidity of the sample solution and the standard solution is stabilized with a mixed acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, and the content of the matrix is adjusted to match. Measure the standard solution to make a calibration curve, and select an appropriate analysis line on the plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP) for determination. The invention is suitable for determining the content of metal compounds in rubber. The detection error is ±0.15%.

[0016] The specific implementation steps are as follows:

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining the content of metal oxide in rubber. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving a testing material in a microwave digester by utilizing oneof hydrochloric acid or nitric acid or mixed acid formed by the hydrochloric acid and the nitric acid; putting a beaker on an electric heating plate, and adding mixed acid formed by sulfuric acid andphosphoric acid; heating and boiling a solution until the solution is clear; then determining the content of metal to be detected by utilizing a plasma atomic emission spectrometer. According to the method disclosed by the invention, conditions that the ashing and dissolution time of an atomic absorption spectrometry is long, metal ions have mutual interference in a hydrolysis process and the likeare overcome; the method has the advantages of rapidly preparing the solution and simultaneously determining the content of various metal compounds. The method disclosed by the invention is an absolute detection method and has good accuracy and repeatability. Accurate component data is provided for rubber production control and formula research and development; a research direction is guided, andthe quality of rubber products is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection technology for the content of metal compounds in rubber, in particular to a method for measuring the content of additives such as aluminum hydroxide, ferric oxide and titanium dioxide that enhance the heat resistance and flame retardancy of rubber. Background technique [0002] The determination of metal oxide content in rubber is a very important task. The most similar existing technical solution is atomic absorption spectrometry, such as: determination of copper content in rubber atomic absorption spectrometry (GB / T7043.1-2001 ), determination of lead content in rubber by atomic absorption spectrometry (GB / T9874-2001), etc. The atomic absorption spectrometry has the following problems: 1. The sample has to be ashed and then dissolved with nitric acid or concentrated sulfuric acid. The ashing time is long and the ash is difficult to dissolve; 2. It is necessary to select a suitable complexing agent to eliminate int...
