The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out microspore culture on a slant culture medium, carrying out strain culture on a seed-tank culture medium, carrying out fermentation on a fermentation-tank culture medium, carrying out optimization on culture or fermentation parameters in allthe steps. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the activation of the streptomyces actuosus is optimized, and the biological activity of the streptomyces actuosus is improved by culture at different stages; the yield of the nosiheptide is increased by 60% or more.
