Abstract

The invention relates to a multifunctional photo-catalytic membrane performance test system and a test method thereof. The test system includes a raw water tank, a peristaltic pump, an ultraviolet lamp, a stainless steel water-permeating substrate, a photo-catalytic quartz tube, an analytical balance, a water tank, an electromagnetic valve and a work station. The peristaltic pump pumps a water sample in the raw water tank into the photo-catalytic quartz tube; the ultraviolet lamp catalyzes a photo-catalytic membrane; the electromagnetic valve is used for guiding nitrogen gas into the photo-catalytic quartz tube; the water sample is pressed into the water tank via the photo-catalytic membrane; and then trans-membrane pressure drop and water flux of the photo-catalytic membrane are collectedto test the performance thereof. Compared with the prior art, the test system and test method are suitable for majority of photo-catalytic plate membranes. The test system can collect the parameters, such as water flux, trans-membrane pressure drop, outlet water temperature and the like, during operation of the photo-catalytic membrane, and then through subsequent outlet water quality detection,anti-fouling performance and photo-catalytic efficiency of the photo-catalytic membrane are evaluated. The system has low energy consumption, and can purify sewage within short hydraulic retention time, and is low in risk of generating secondary pollution.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a multifunctional photocatalytic film performance test system and a test method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of water environmental protection. Background technique [0002] Photocatalytic technology means that under external light conditions, a photocatalyst stimulates photo-generated electrons and holes, and generates free radicals through the conduction of electrons and holes, and reacts with pollutants through free radicals to achieve the degradation of pollutants. However, powder photocatalysts such as TiO2, Ag2O, ZnO, etc. are difficult to separate from the solvent after use, and it is difficult to recycle them. In recent years, photocatalytic membranes that combine photocatalytic technology and membrane separation technology have attracted widespread attention in the field of water treatment, which can enhance the stability and controllability of photocatalysts, thereby improving water treatment effects and the...
