Embodiment 1

[0032] Hydroxyl protection:

[0033] First, add 20 ml of distilled dimethyl sulfoxide into a dry three-necked flask, and under the protection of nitrogen, dissolve 2 grams of sucrose dried at 60°C for 24 hours into dimethyl sulfoxide; wait until the sucrose is completely dissolved Afterwards, add 20 ml of trimethylchlorosilane to the three-necked flask; adjust the temperature of the oil bath to 100°C, turn on the stirrer, and react for 24 hours; Chlorosilane and dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain sucrose with some hydroxyl groups protected by silanization.

[0034] Ring-opening polymerization:

[0035] First, 2 grams of sucrose whose hydroxyl groups were protected by trimethylchlorosilane were weighed, and the water was distilled three times with toluene; the dried silylated sucrose was dissolved in the toluene solvent after water removal, and then 1% concentrated Sulfuric acid reaction catalyst, dilute concentrated sulfuric acid with toluene to 1g / ml; then, weigh 10 grams of capr...

Embodiment 2

[0039] This example is basically the same as Example 1, except that in the reaction step of hydroxyl protection, the added disaccharide is 3 grams of lactose.

Embodiment 3

[0041] This example is basically the same as Example 1, except that in the reaction step of hydroxyl protection, the added disaccharide is 1 gram of sucrose and 1 gram of maltose.

Abstract

The invention discloses a star-shaped multi-arm amphiphilic polymer formed by connection of multiple hydroxyl groups of a disaccharide molecule and polycaprolactone and a preparation method thereof. The main steps are as follows: a. hydroxyl silane protection, to be more specific, using a silane agent for partial protection of the hydroxyl groups on the disaccharide molecule to obtain silanated disaccharide; b. hydroxyl-initiated ring-opening polymerization of caprolactone, to be more specific, using the remaining unprotected hydroxyl groups on the disaccharide molecule to initiate the ring-opening polymerization of the caprolactone; c. deprotection of the hydroxyl groups, to be more specific, adding excess acid inro a solution of a polycaprolactone grafted silanized disaccharide intermediate, dissolving and stirring for more than 1 hour to finally obtain the star-shaped multi-arm amphiphilic polymer with the disaccharide molecule as a head and the connected polycaprolactone polymer asarms. Duo to the poly hydroxyl head and the multi-arm polycaprolactone molecular structure of the star-shaped multi-arm amphiphilic polymer, the star-shaped multi-arm amphiphilic polymer has excellent hydrophilic-hydrophobic property and physical and chemical properties, and can be used as an auxiliary, dispersant, emulsifier, and the like, and has broad application prospects in the bio-medicine,chemical, energy and other fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation of composite materials, in particular to a star-shaped multi-arm amphiphilic polymer formed by linking polyhydroxyl groups of disaccharide molecules with polycaprolactone and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Sugars are an important class of organic compounds widely distributed in nature, mainly divided into monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides and conjugated sugars. Sugar is also an organic molecule with excellent biological properties and chemical operability. There are more functional groups in the molecular structure, such as hydroxyl groups, which provides many possibilities for chemical reactions of sugar, making it a biomaterial. The field has a very broad application prospect. The drug carrier is to encapsulate the drug into the blood circulation in the form of microspheres or micelles in the controlled release of the drug, which requires the drug carrier to have ...
