This invention discloses a soybean
phospholipid-based nanoemulsion and its preparation method, belonging to the fields of
molecular biology and
biomedicine. This invention addresses the technical problem of refining the particle size and improving the stability of existing soybean
phospholipid-based nanoemulsions for use in fine pharmaceuticals. A method for preparing a soybean
phospholipid-based nanoemulsion includes the following steps: S1, modified
glycerol phosphorylcholine and
cholesterol are mixed in
ethanol, then
phosphatidylethanolamine and a composite stabilizer are added to form an
oil phase; deionized water,
glycerol, and polyether F68 are mixed to form an aqueous phase; S2, the
oil phase is injected into the aqueous phase and homogenized at high speed to obtain a preliminary mixture; the pH of the preliminary mixture is adjusted to prepare a primary
emulsion; the primary
emulsion undergoes low-pressure homogenization followed by high-pressure homogenization to obtain a nanoemulsion; the nanoemulsion is filtered through a microporous membrane to obtain the soybean phospholipid-based nanoemulsion. The nanoemulsion prepared by this invention has the advantages of
small particle size and good photothermal stability.
