Abstract

The invention relates to the field of extraction and separation of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an alkaloid compound extracted, separated and identified from purslane and an extraction and separation method thereof. The alkaloid compound has a molecular formula of C19H34N2O3 and is named oleraurea. The invention also provides an extraction and separation method of the novel compound, which sequentially adopts 50-percent ethanol reflux extraction, polyamide column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, an ODS medium pressure column, and Sephadex LH-20 to successfully extract and separate a novel alkaloid compound.
