Embodiment 1

[0031] This example relates to fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane for ballistic glass and its preparation.

[0032] A fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane for bulletproof glass, comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight:

[0033] 20-35 parts of aliphatic diisocyanate;

[0034] 50 to 55 parts of polytetrahydrofuran ethylene oxide copolyether with an average molecular weight of 2000 to -4000;

[0035] 6-12 parts of 1,4-butanediol;

[0036] 5-15 parts of glass fiber modified by γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane;

[0037] and dibutyltin dilaurate accounting for 0.03-0.08% of the total weight of other raw material components.

[0038] Its preparation includes the following steps:

[0039] a. Obtaining glass fibers modified by γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane;

[0040] b. Mix glass fiber modified by γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with 1,4-butanediol to obtain material A, and mix dibutyltin dilaurate with polytetrahydrofuran oxirane copolyether to ...

Embodiment 2

[0045] This example relates to the performance of the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane material obtained in Example 1, as shown in the table below, wherein the haze and YI of the test piece are obtained by testing the x-rite Ci 7600 series spectrometer, and other properties are obtained by testing according to the requirements of the national standard .

[0046]

[0047] It can be seen from the above table that the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane of the present invention is obviously superior to ordinary PVB film in terms of tensile strength, optical properties, and low temperature resistance, and can replace PVB film for bullet-proof glass, which can significantly improve the performance of bullet-proof glass.

[0048] In summary, the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane of the present invention can bond glass plates and polycarbonate plates excellently, and has high transparency, high yellowing resistance, aging resistance, and its tensile str...

Abstract

The invention discloses fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane used for bullet-proof glass, which includes, by weight, 20-35 parts of aliphatic diisocyanate, 50-55 parts of polytetrahydrofuran ethylene oxide copolymerized ether being 2000-4000 in average molecular weight, 6-12 parts of 1,4-butanediol, 5-15 parts of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified glass fibers, and dibutyltin dilaurate, which accounts for 0.03-0.08% of the total weight of other raw materials. The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane has excellent adhesion force on glass boards and polycarbonate boards, ishigh in transparency, anti-yellowing performance and anti-aging performance, has very excellent tensile strength, fracture toughness and anti-impact strength, can effectively improve use performancesof the bullet-proof glass and can promote application development of the bullet-proof glass. In the preparation of the thermoplastic polyurethane material, through limitation on mixing and adding sequences of the different raw materials, the sandwich material which is more suitable for the bullet-proof glass can be prepared.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of thermoplastic polyurethane materials, in particular to fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane used for bulletproof glass, and also relates to a preparation method and application of the material. Background technique [0002] Bulletproof glass not only has the appearance of ordinary glass and the behavior of transmitting light, but also absorbs part of the energy and shock wave pressure generated in the process of impact and explosion with a multi-layer composite structure, which has good impact resistance, penetration resistance and safety. It has anti-theft, bullet-proof and explosion-proof functions, and can be widely used in aviation, vehicles, security and other fields. Traditional bulletproof glass is manufactured by bonding multiple layers of glass with transparent glued materials, relying on the thickness of the glass, the number of interlayer layers and the performance of the glued material ...
