[0055] The present invention provides a preparation method of the LDS coating described in the above technical scheme, which includes the following steps:

[0056] Mixing resin, LDS laser powder, solvent, dispersant and filler to obtain the first mixture material;

[0057] Mixing the first mixture with a defoaming agent and a leveling agent to obtain a second mixture;

[0058] The second mixture material is mixed with a curing agent and a curing accelerator to obtain an LDS coating.

[0059] The present invention mixes resin, LDS laser powder, solvent, dispersant and filler to obtain the first mixture. In the present invention, there are no special restrictions on the mixing of the resin, LDS laser powder, solvent, dispersant and filler, and the technical solution of material mixing well known to those skilled in the art can be used; in the embodiment of the present invention, specifically The resin, LDS laser powder, solvent, dispersant and filler are added to the grinder for grindi...

Embodiment 1

[0065] In terms of parts by weight, the laser-activated LDS coating prepared in this embodiment includes the following components:

[0066] 60 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 8 parts of Sanlaser 8800LDS laser powder, 9 parts of solvent butyl acetate, 20 parts of V140 type polyamide curing agent, 6 parts of curing accelerator (the curing accelerator includes dimethyl imidazole and The mass ratio of cobalt naphthenate is 1:1), BYK-110 dispersant 0.8 parts, BYK-141 defoamer 0.6 parts, BYK-358 leveling agent 0.5 parts;

[0067] The preparation method of the laser-activated LDS coating includes the following steps:

[0068] Add bisphenol A epoxy resin, LDS laser powder, butyl acetate and dispersant to the grinder and grind for 20 minutes to obtain the first mixture;

[0069] Add the first mixture material, defoamer, and leveling agent to a high-speed disperser, and disperse for 10 minutes at 1000 r / min to obtain a second mixture material;

[0070] Add the second mixture material, curing a...

Abstract

The invention provides LDS (Laser Direct Structuring) coating capable of being activated by laser. The LDS coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 70 parts of resin, 5 to 10 parts of LDS laser powder, 5 to 60 parts of a solvent, 10 to 30 parts of a curing agent, 2 to 10 parts of a curing accelerant, 0.5 to 2 parts of a dispersant, 0.3 to 1.5 parts of a de-foaming agent, 0 to 40 parts of filler and 0 to 1.5 parts of a flatting agent, wherein the LDS laser powder is a metal organic compound; the LDS laser powder comprises an organic matter outer layer and a metal inner layer; the organic matter outer layer is gasified under laser irradiation; the curing accelerant is a mixture of dimethylimidazole and cobalt naphthenate. According to the LDS coating provided by the invention, the dimethylimidazole and the cobalt naphthenate are used as the curing accelerant and the LDS coating can be cured within half an hour at room temperature. The LDS coating provided by the invention is applied to an antenna and the prepared antenna has a strong signal receiving capability and low production cost.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a laser-activated LDS coating and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Due to the vigorous development of information technology and the advancement of wireless communication technology, mobile communication devices have become an essential communication tool for modern people. Therefore, the demand for mobile phone functions is also increasing. Because the radio waves of wireless communication must be up-converted and carrier waves can be effectively multiplexed, and these actions must be carried out with the help of an antenna, so the antenna is a very important element in wireless communication equipment. [0003] The antenna is usually composed of a radio frequency component and its base fixing bracket. Radio frequency components are metal parts of a certain shape or flexible printed circuit boards or rigid printed circuit boards. Recently,...
