Abstract

The invention provides an aqueous mold lubricant preparation method used for an anodised aluminium alloy thin member. The aqueous mold lubricant preparation method comprises the following steps: S1) performing an esterification reaction of pentaerythritol with stearic acid and acrylic acid to obtain polymerization ester; wherein the mole ratio of pentaerythritol to stearic acid to acrylic acid is1:3:1; S2) performing copolymerization on the polymerization ester and maleic anhydride to obtain a mixed copolymer; mixing the mixed copolymer and an emulsifier, and adding a potassium hydroxide aqueous solution to prepare a first emulsion; S3) performing copolymerization on ethylene and propylene to obtain olefin polymer; mixing the olefin polymer and wax, adding the emulsifier and heating the material; and cooling the material to room temperature, and adding water to obtain a second emulsion; and S4) mixing the first emulsion and the second emulsion to obtain the aqueous mold lubricant. Theinvention also provides the aqueous mold lubricant used for the anodised aluminium alloy thin member by employing the above preparation method. The aqueous mold lubricant has the advantages of easy moulding demoulding and uniform and firm coloring.
