The micro-fluidic detection chip comprises a micro fluid chamber; a micro well array which is arranged on the bottom surface in the micro fluid chamber; a sample inletguide pipe and a sample outlet guide pipe which are connected with the two sides of the micro fluid chamber respectively; a micro fluid operation device which is used for introducing samples reactedwith microspheres into the micro fluid chamber through the sample inlet guide pipe, realizing precipitation of the samples reacted with the microspheres into micro wells through controlling flow speed; an image acquisition device which is arranged above the micro well array, and is used for collecting information of the samples precipitated into the micro wells; and a data analysis device which isused for analyzing sample information collected by the image acquisition device and obtaining analysis results. The micro-fluidic chip detection system is beneficial for realizing of high flux, non-blocked, portable, low-detection-limit detection on samples.
