Abstract

The invention discloses a process for refining medicinal ethanol. A double-membrane method and a distillation method are cooperatively used for refining medicinal ethanol. The process is characterizedby comprising the following steps: coupling a modified pervaporation ethanol-permseletive membrane with a fermentation device to realize in-situ separation of ethanol in fermentation liquid and reduce the inhibition of ethanol on a fermentation reaction, which enables continuous operation and the improvement of fermentation speed and yield to be realized; then subjecting the obtained ethanol permeation solution with a high concentration to common rectification and concentration so as to obtain ethanol with a mass fraction of 90% to 95%; dehydrating ethanol with a mass fraction of 90% to 95% by using the modified pervaporation ethanol-permseletive membrane so as to obtain anhydrous ethanol with a mass fraction of more than 99%; and then carrying out sterilization and filtration so as to obtain the medicinal ethanol. The process of the invention is low in production cost and resource consumption and high in raw material utilization rate, and the prepared medicinal ethanol conforms to standards prescribed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
