Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a monodisperse porous silicon dioxide ball material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving a surfactant and a catalyst into water, and stirring at a high speed to obtain a clear solution; dissolving a silicon source into an organic solvent to obtain an organic solution; adding the organic solution into the clear solution to form an oil-water mixed-phase system; (2) reacting the oil-water mixed-phase system in a temperature being 40-80 DEG C to obtain a monodisperse nanoball; and (3) removing the surfactant in the monodisperse nanoball to obtain the monodisperse porous silicon dioxide ball material. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, an oil-water two-phase mixing and dissolving reaction system is adopted, and the pore diameter of the inorganic silicon dioxide silicon ball is as high as 70 nm as a result of the chambering effect of the organic phase. Meanwhile, the pore diameter of the inorganic silicon dioxide silicon ball is controlled, so that the pore diameter can be freely controlled within 15-70 nm.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of nanomaterial preparation, in particular to a method for preparing a monodisperse porous silica sphere material. Background technique [0002] Porous silica spheres have the characteristics of high porosity, large specific surface area, stable chemical properties, low cost, good hydrophilicity, and non-toxicity. Therefore, they are widely used in the fields of adsorption, catalysis, filtration, and biomedicine. Due to the pore structure is the key to its application, so more and more attention has been paid to the research on regulating the pore size of porous silica. At present, there are many studies on the preparation of larger pore size silica materials, but most of them focus on the preparation of bulk materials. Therefore, it cannot be applied to the microscopic field. Due to the limitations of commercial surfactants, it is usually difficult to prepare silica spheres with larger pore sizes, and the ...
