Problems solved by technology

[0005] 2. Since peroxygen or azo compounds are easy to decompose when heated, they will gradually decompose in the process of preparation, storage and pretreatment, resulting in a gradual decrease in initiation efficiency
The main disadvantage of this method is that it still uses Ce 4+ / nitric acid as oxidizing agent
[0011] It can be seen that currently for nano-SiO 2 For the surface grafting of hydrophobic monomers to prepare hybrid particles, it is difficult to carry out the polymerization reaction in the aqueous phase without the addition of emulsifiers and the use of strong acids / oxidants

Abstract

The invention discloses a simple method for preparing a nano SiO2 particle hybridized material with a surface grafted with polymethyl methacrylate (recorded as SiO2-PMMA) through common free radical emulsion polymerization. The simple method comprises the following steps: sufficiently mixing nano SiO2 particles with the surface fixed with a primary amine molecular layer (recorded as SiO2-NH2) andmethyl methacrylate (recorded as MMA) and stirring moderately to form stable Pickering emulsion; taking copper or cobalt salt with a high oxidization state as an oxidant and reacting at 80 DEG C for 1h to 12 hours to obtain the SiO2-PMMA hybridized material. The grafting rate of the SiO2-PMMA obtained under optimized conditions can reach 30 percent and is equivalent to the grafting rate in the prior art. A reaction process is stable and has no phenomena including layering, flocculation and the like; the simple method has a simple and easy operation technology and used raw materials are easy-to-obtain and cheap commercial products; oxygen removal is not needed or an emulsifier does not need to be additionally added; the simple method is simple to operate and small environmental pollution;unreacted residues are removed by simple washing after reaction is finished, so that the simple method has a wide industrialized application prospect.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparing organic-inorganic nano hybrid materials, and particularly relates to a transition metal salt oxidized and fixed on nano SiO in an aqueous phase 2 The primary amine on the particle surface is a method of obtaining hybrid particles by radically initiating methyl methacrylate radical emulsion polymerization.
