Abstract

The invention provides a reaction system, a kit and its application for analyzing the genetic relationship of Moringa oleifera. The technical scheme provided by the invention screens out 13 pairs of primers with good polymorphism and high definition from 170 pairs of primers through SRAP molecular marker technology. Primers were used to mark 18 copies of Moringa oleifera DNA, and NTSYS software was used to complete the data analysis and UPGMA clustering to further study the phylogenetic relationship and genetic diversity of Moringa oleifera. The results show that there is rich genetic diversity among different Moringa oleifera strains, and SRAP molecular marker is an effective method suitable for the analysis of phylogenetic relationship of Moringa oleifera germplasm, which can provide important information for molecular assisted breeding and genetic map database establishment of Moringa oleifera Technical Support.
