Abstract

The spray drying process is characterized by comprising the following steps of selection of materials, wherein aluminahydrosol and yttria hydrosol are selected for use; weighing, wherein the alumina hydrosol and the yttria hydrosol are weighed according to the molar ratio of 3:5; mixing and preparation of slurry, wherein the alumina hydrosol and the yttria hydrosol are mixed and stirred for 20-60 min, pH is adjusted to neutral with ammonia water and nitric acid, the pH value is controlled to be 6.8-7.5, deionizedwater is added for dilution until the solid content is 10-15 wt%, the pH value is adjusted to be 6.8-7.5, and the slurry is prepared; spray drying, wherein spray drying is conducted on the slurry toobtain powder; calcination, wherein the powder obtained by spray drying is calcined.
