Abstract

The invention discloses an electric bus visual detection charging control system and a design method thereof, and relates to the field of electric vehicle charging. The design method comprises the steps that an industrial camera captures an image of a ArUco tag of a bus roof and transmits the image to an industrial computer; the industrial camera performs calibration by a MATLAB calibration toolbox to obtain camera internal parameters and a camera distortion coefficient; image code database management is performed; and the industrial computer detects the ArUco tag, obtains bus information andposition and controls a charging controller to charge a bus. The electric bus visual detection charging control system includes the ArUco tag, a visual recognition system and a lifting type charging bow control system, is simple and quick in operation, replaces the tedious manual charging method, releases human resources, improves the work efficiency, is safe and reliable, and is high in robustness.
