The method specifically comprises: adding a catalyst required by a reaction between ethyleneglycol (EG) and dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), a brightening agent and a stabilizer into a reaction kettle; carrying out a transesterification reaction at a temperature of 150-280 DEG C, wherein the reaction product is BHET, and the by-product is methanol; feeding all BHET to a polymerization kettle, and carrying out a polymerization reaction by controlling the temperature at 260-310 DEG C and thevacuum pressure of 50-250 kpa; and carrying out a polymerization reaction for about 4.5 h to generate PET. According to the present invention, by adding the brightening agent, the slice is transparent and highly-bright.
