The preparation method includes steps: (1) taking, by weight, 2-5 parts of Semen Coicis, 3-5 parts of Flos Sophorae, 8-12 parts of Herba Xanthii, 7-10 parts of Cortex Moutan, 10-15 parts of Cortex Hibisci and 5-8 parts of Caulis Lonicerae, grinding into powder, and screening to obtain mixed medicine powder; (2) adding 25-40 parts by weight of a cream matrix into deionized water, heating to 45-75 DEG C, keeping the temperature until viscosity reaches 800-1200mPa s, cooling, adding the mixed medicinepowder, and stirring to dissolve to obtain emulsion; (3) heating the emulsion to 50-60 DEG C, and vacuumizing to obtain the ointment.
