Abstract

The environment-friendly antiscale dispersant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of maleic acid, 25-30 parts of itaconic acid, 25-35 parts of hydroxypropyl acrylate, 30-40 parts of cyclodextrin, 8-16 parts of an initiator and 150-200 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a maleic acid aqueous solution; 2) preparing an initiator aqueous solution; 3) heating the maleic acid aqueous solution to 60-100 DEG C, then adding itaconic acid, hydroxypropyl acrylate and residual water, uniformly stirring the mixture, dropwise adding the initiator aqueous solution, adding cyclodextrin when the 40-60wt% of initiator aqueous solution is dropwise added to the maleic acid aqueous solution, further dropwise adding the remaining initiator aqueous solution continuously while stirring, keeping the temperature for 2-3h continuously after dropwise addition, and cooling the mixture to room temperature. The preparation not only has very good calcium scale inhibition property, but also has very good zinc stabilizing and ferric oxide dispersing abilities.
