Abstract

The invention discloses application of astragalin in preparation of a drug for treating diabetic testicular dysfunction. An experimental result shows that when the astragalin is used in a safety doserange, the dose is 30 mg/kg of astragalin, the astragalin can remarkably protect sperm injury induced by a diabetes model, improve pathologic change of testicular tissue, improve the oxidation resistance ability and regulate and control protein expression of inflammatory cytokines, and it is proved that the astragalin has the effect of improving the diabetic testicular dysfunction.
