Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for Citrus reticulata Blanco extracts, and application of the Citrus reticulata Blanco extracts to uric acid lowering. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing dried Citrus reticulata Blanco; (2) carrying out extraction through ethanol at a temperature of 0-75 DEG C and then carrying out filtering separation on filter residuesand a filtrate, and repeating the above process for 1-3 times, wherein the volume weight ratio of the ethanol and the Citrus reticulata Blanco ranges from 1:1 to 20:1; and (3) mixing the filtrates obtained through step (2), carrying out distillation concentration on the mixture until each gram of the Citrus reticulata Blanco contains less than 100mL of liquid, and carrying out baking or freeze-drying to obtain Citrus reticulata Blanco ethanol extracts. The method further comprises the following optional steps: (4) carrying out extraction on Citrus reticulata Blanco residues, which are obtained after the ethanol extraction, at a temperature of 0-100 DEG C by using water as a solvent and then carrying out filtering separation on filter residues and a filtrate, and repeating the above process for 1-3 times; and (5) mixing the filtrates obtained through step (4), carrying out distillation concentration on the mixture until each gram of the Citrus reticulata Blanco contains less than 100mLof liquid, and carrying out baking or freeze-drying to obtain Citrus reticulata Blanco water extracts. The preparation method and the application provided by the invention have the advantages that the Citrus reticulata Blanco extracts have remarkable uric acid lowering effects and little side effects, so that a new orientation is provided for solutions to the problem of serious side effects of the conventional anti-gout drugs.
