Disclosed are miracle fruit composite tea with a uric acid reducing effect and a preparation method thereof. The composite tea is prepared from, by weight, 10-25 parts of miracle fruit leaves, 2-6 parts of chicory, 5-15 parts of rhizoma smilacis glabrae, 15-30 parts of radix pueraiae, 1-4 parts of mulberry leaves and 5-15 parts of fructus crataegi.
