Abstract

The invention utilizes microcrystalline wax, vaseline and liquid oil (methyl oil, soybean oil) to compound into a novel oil phase according to certain proportion, and optimizes the oil phase formula to look for a novel oil phase material capable of improving the latex matrix storage stability and heat stability. The novel oil phase material formula for emulsion explosives is mainly composed of thefollowing components by mass fraction: 30%-40% of microcrystalline wax, 35%-50% of vaseline and 20%-25% of liquid oil (methyl oil, soybean oil), wherein the liquid oil is one of methyl oil and soybean oil. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages that: compared with the traditional latex matrix made of compound wax, the latex matrix prepared by the noveloil phase material formula has improved environmental storage stability. And the heat stability of the latex matrix prepared with the novel oil phase material formula is superior to the traditional latex matrix made of compound wax.
