Abstract

The invention discloses a method for effectively biodegrading vomitoxin in DDGS. The method comprises the following steps: mixing 15-25% of two or one of a lactobacillus acidophilus mould starter anda saccharomyces cerevisiae mould starter, 65-45% of two or one of an aspergillus niger mould starter and an aspergillus oryzae mould starter and 20-30% of a bacillus subtilis mould starter into a composite mould starter; inoculating the composite mould starter into DDGS according to 3-5% of inoculating amount, after stirring for 30 min, adding an aqueous solution which contains 3.0-4.2% of ammonium sulfate until the water content of the material reaches 42-48%, stirring uniformly, standing for fermenting for 4-20 h, when the material layer is within 30 cm and the temperature rises to be 36-38DEG C, carrying out turning (oxygenation) cooling to the temperature of 30-27 DEG C, and then stopping turning; when the material layer is within 30 cm and the temperature rises to be 36-38 DEG C again, carrying out turning (oxygenation) cooling to be temperature of 30-27 DEG C again, and then stopping turning; repeatedly operating, and maintaining the whole process for 36-48 h; and when the material temperature does not rise sharply, carrying out turning cooling on the fermented material to the temperature of 26-28 DEG C, flattening and compacting the material, and then sealing for 20-30 h, and stopping fermentation and degradation when a fermentation tank diffuses sour fragrance.
