The synthesized waterborne core-shell epoxy resin emulsion has hydrophilicity of acrylic monomers, high crosslinking density of epoxy resin and heat resistance, weather resistance and illumination resistance of organosilicone monomers, and the coating prepared from the emulsion is good in adhesive force and good in stability. According to the preparation method, VOC volatilization is relieved by a waterborne technology, a traditional solvent type motor coating is transformed into an environmentally friendly type motor coating, and thus, the special environmentally friendly weather-resistant coating conforms to the development tendency of environmental protection.
