Abstract

The preparation process for the volatile oil embedded particles of the acorus tatarinowii comprises the following steps: 1) grinding raw medicinal powder of the acorus tatarinowii, adding water which is 5 to 8 times of the weight, and soaking at the temperature of 0 to 4 DEG C for 12 to 24h; 2)rising to room temperature, adding 0.2 to 0.5wt% of neutral cellulase to a material solution, and performing enzymatic hydrolysis at the temperature of 35 to 45 DEG C for 1.5 to 3h to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate; 3) carrying out steam distillation, collecting distillate, extracting with diethyl ether, drying, and distilling under reduced pressure to obtain volatile oil; 4) adding 0.1 to 0.2wt% of monoglyceride to water, shaking, heating to the temperature of 65 to 75 DEG C, adding beta-cyclodextrin to prepare a saturated solution, and adding 15 to 20vt% of the volatile oil; 5) heating the material solution in the step 4) to the temperature of 80 to 90 DEG C, and carrying out spray-drying granulation.
