Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing ardisia mamillata extract. The method comprises the following steps: (1) washing fresh solid-liquid ratio, cutting into pieces, homogenizing with water to prepare slurry; (2) adding a petroleum ether extraction volatile component into the slurry, separating a petroleum ether extraction component, and concentrating the rest slurry to be less than the weight of previous ardisia mamillata to obtain extract; (3) adding an alcohol solution having a volume percentage of 60-70 percent into the extract in a solid-liquid ratio of 25-30mL/g, and insulatingthe pressure at 150-200 MPa for 8-10 minutes; and (4) concentrating the extract, passing through a microporous adsorption resin column, eluting with water, 30% alcohol and 80% alcohol sequentially, collecting the 80% alcohol eluted liquid, and concentrating and drying at reduced pressure to obtain the ardisia mamillata extract.
