Abstract

The system comprises a raw water supply system, a demineralized water producing system, a reverse osmosis primary concentrated water reuse system, a softened water producing system, an acidic wastewater and sewage treatment and reclaimed water reuse system and a production wastewater treatmentsystem which are sequentially connected, wherein the demineralized water producing system is connected with the softened water producing system through the reverse osmosis primary concentrated water reuse system. The invention provides the water circulating system with stepwise treatment and multimode reuse of production wastewater; the system is used for achieving the purpose of zero discharge ofthe production wastewater. The zero-discharge water circulating system is characterized in that the reverse osmosis primary concentrated water reuse system and the acidic wastewater and sewage treatment and reclaimed water reuse system are introduced, through direct reuse of the two kinds of production wastewater, the yield of the production wastewater is greatly reduced, then the concentrated water yield output by the production wastewater treatment system is reduced, coordination of production and consumption of concentrated water is achieved, and finally, zero discharge of a water system is achieved.
