The method comprises the following steps of selecting biomass raw materials; drying the crushed biomass raw materials into a granular shape; charging the granular biomass raw materials into a muffle furnace fully filled with nitrogen gas; after thermal cracking reaction, generating the biochar; adding 100mL of deionized water into 1g to 5g of biochar for mixing; after the full stirring is performed for 30min to 60min; adding triethylene diamine; after heating is performed to 40 to 80 DEG C, maintaining the state for 12h to18h; performing cooling; generating an amino modified biochar water solution; sequentially performing suction filtration, washing, drying and cooling on the amino modified biochar water solution; preparing the amino modified biochar.
