Embodiment 1~4

[0090] As shown in Table 1, laminate the original film and various auxiliary materials. The lamination method is as follows: use butyl rubber tape (leakage-proof layer) on one side of the original film to enclose a 4cm×4cm space, and set a liquid layer in this space. A protective layer is then placed over the liquid layer and the anti-leakage layer.

[0091] Then, a microporous oriented polylactic acid film was prepared by stretching using a KARO-IV biaxial stretching machine produced by Bruckner Company. When stretched, the protective layer side of the laminated film faces down.

[0092] Preheating temperature, preheating time, stretching temperature, stretching method (unidirectional, sequential bidirectional, simultaneous bidirectional), stretching ratio (MD×TD), stretching rate, heat treatment temperature and time are shown in Table 1.

[0093] The single surface of the obtained microporous oriented polylactic acid film has a microporous layer structure, and Table 1 list...

[0104] As shown in Table 2, laminate the original film and various auxiliary materials. The lamination method is as follows: use butyl rubber tape (leakage-proof layer) on one side of the original film to enclose a 4cm×4cm space, and set a liquid layer in this space. Then a protective layer 1 is set above the liquid layer and the anti-leakage layer, and then a protective layer 2 is set on the other side of the original film.

[0105] Then, a microporous oriented polylactic acid film was prepared by stretching using a KARO-IV biaxial stretching machine produced by Bruckner Company. When stretching, the protective layer 1 side of the laminated film faces upward.

Abstract

The invention provides a microporous oriented polylactic acid thin film which is of a multilayer structure and at least comprises a microporous layer and an imporous layer. The microporous layer is provided with micropores of 10-1000nm in pore diameter. The microporous oriented polylactic acid thin film has the advantages that the microporous polylactic acid thin film comprises the microporous layer and the imporous layer and high in microscopic and macroscopic uniformity and low in heat shrinkage rate. A processing method of the thin film is simple, high in speed and needless of toxic and harmful solvents, thereby being environment-friendly. The thin film prepared by the method can be applied in various fields of hygiene care, medical treatment, building, water treatment, chemical analysis, agriculture, electronic products, packaging and decoration.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials and relates to a microporous oriented polylactic acid film. Background technique [0002] Polylactic acid, also known as polylactide, is a thermoplastic resin polymerized from lactic acid or its cyclic dimer. It is not only a kind of biodegradable plastic, but also a kind of biomass plastic, that is, it can be decomposed by microorganisms into small molecules such as water, carbon dioxide or methane under certain conditions, and there will be no "white pollution" left after the service life of the product is over. ", and can use plant-derived substances such as starch as raw materials, and do not use petroleum-derived substances at all, so it has the remarkable characteristics of being green and environmentally friendly. [0003] At the same time, polylactic acid also has good transparency, moisture permeability, oxygen barrier, mechanical strength, and processing performance, so polylactic acid ...
