Abstract

The invention discloses a method of reducing abundance of various antibiotics resistance genes in an organic solid waste: sludge. The method comprises the following steps: mixing fermented straws withsludge according to different C / N proportions; keeping the water content of the obtained straw and sludge mixture at 55-65%; and piling the mixture in an aerobiotic biotransformation device, and overturning the pile at a fixed time to make sure sufficient oxygen, wherein the removal efficiency of the various antibiotics resistance genes reaches 90.3-98.9% which is obviously higher than that of acontrol group when the C / N is 30: 1 through 32 day aerobiotic biotransformation. The method can reduce abundance of various antibiotics resistance genes (including tetracyclines: tetM and tetQ, macrolides: ermB and mefA, beta-lactam: blaQXA and blaTEM, aminoglycosides: strB and multiple resistance gene mexF) in the sludge biotransformation process, and meanwhile has the advantages of being short in aerobiotic biotransformation period, simple in equipment, easily available in raw material, energy-saving and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste treatment, and in particular relates to a method for reducing the abundance of multiple antibiotic resistance genes in the sludge biotransformation process. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics have been widely used and promoted in medical treatment because of their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. However, with the popularization of antibiotics, a series of problems caused by resistant microorganisms have followed, which has become a major challenge in the field of public health in the 21st century. The abuse and misuse of antibiotics will intensify the selection pressure of antibiotic resistance genes in the environment, leading to a large-scale outbreak of resistance genes. Resistance genes can spread between microorganisms through horizontal gene transfer (combination, transformation, transduction). Once these genes are transferred to human pathogenic bacteria, they will ...
