A neutralization treatment system (100) for an ammonia-containing waste liquid is provided with: one or more neutralization sludge tanks (500); a sludge discharge line (160) for supplying ammonia-containing waste liquid (WF) to the neutralization sludge tank (500); a neutralizing agent supply line (180) that supplies a neutralizing agent (N) to the neutralizing sludge tank (500); a sludge circulation line (170) for circulating the ammonia-containing waste liquid (WF) stored in the neutralization sludge tank (500); and a sludge transfer pump (171) that is provided in the sludge circulation line (170) and moves the ammonia-containing waste liquid (WF).
