Abstract

The invention discloses a backpack type three-dimensional laser scanning and stereo imaging combined system and a data collection method by employing the same. The combination system comprises two-dimensional laser radar, a binocular stereo camera, an inertial measurement unit (IMU), a global satellite positioning system (GPS) antenna, a control unit, a portable power source and a support rod. Each part is integrated in a backpack frame. The control unit is provided with a software module, is connected with parts through cables and is configured to control shooting of the binocular stereo camera and data collection through the laser radar and record positioning and attitude determination data obtained by the IMU and the GPS; the software module is configured to perform post-processing on the obtained data to obtain and output three-dimensional point cloud data, color images and / or depth image data with position and attitude information. The backpack type three-dimensional laser scanning and stereo imaging combined system and the data collection method by employing the same are high in integration degree, rich in amount of information, measureable, convenient to use, high in expandability and low in cost, can be widely applied to the fields of resource quantitative measurement and parameter inversion application.
